Honoring the Women of Salem
Mullens Herbal Tea House was inspired by the strong women who came before me — women rooted in Salem, Massachusetts, whose love, resilience, and traditions shaped generations.
My great-grandmother, Maggie Mullen, was a woman of Salem through and through. She found comfort in simple rituals and had a deep love for lavender — calming, grounding, and timeless. My grandmother, Gert, carried that same strength with her own warmth and spirit, and she adored mint — fresh, uplifting, and full of life.
These blends were created in their honor, thoughtfully crafted with the herbs they loved most. What began as teas has now expanded into a new soap line, designed to celebrate their legacy and the many women of Salem whose stories deserve to be remembered.
